Watch the Promo for Arrow “Broken Hearts”

The promo for the next all new episode of Arrow has been released. The episode is called, “Broken Hearts” and it will air on March 23.

The last three minutes of tonight’s episode killed me and also, literally it took Vixen showing up to get the job done. Why was she not called in earlier? I am interested to see how the rest of this season plays out. I have so many questions.
