Justin Bieber departed his hotel in Eugene, Oregon yesterday, March 5. He is in Eugene to rehearse for his Purpose world tour which kicks off on March 9.
Justin headed to Oregon last week to continue his tour preparation. His world tour will begin in Seattle and take him all over North America before heading to Europe to tour through the end of November.
