Lucy Hale and Tyler Blackburn Attend PLL Convention in Rio de Janeiro

Lucy Hale and Tyler Blackburn attended the second day of the Pretty Little Liars convention today, March 6 in Brazil. This time the convention was held in Rio de Janeiro.
