Justin Bieber enjoyed a day off in Houston today, April 8. He was spotted at the Galleria enjoying a meal and hanging out with friends.

Justin is in Houston on his Purpose world tour. He will play the Toyota Center tomorrow night before heading to Dallas on Sunday.
