Joe Jonas Signs Deal with Universal Music Publishing Group
Joe Jonas has signed with Universal Music Publishing Group. The announcement was made by UMPG today, April 13.
Under this agreement, DNCE’s songs, including “Cake by the Ocean”, will be published by UMPG worldwide. In a statement released by the company, UMPG chairman and CEO Jody Gerson said, “Joe Jonas is that rare talent, having scored hits as a singer and songwriter first with the Jonas Brothers and now with DNCE.
His creativity, hard work and passion are remarkable and I’m thrilled to have him join UMPG’s roster of great artists and writers.”
Joe and his DNCE bandmates are currently in Barbados for the “Breakfast in Barbados” Canadian radio event.
