Maisie Williams Speaks Up About New Mutants Casting Rumor
Maisie Williams has spoken up about the recent New Mutants casting rumors. Reports came out a few weeks ago that Maisie was up for the role of Wolfsbane, a Scottish girl who could transform into a wolf-like creature, but nothing had been confirmed.
Now Maisie is speaking up about the rumors stating, “I can’t say much about it at all, but I would absolutely love to be a part of it, [and] to be a part of the Marvel family. New Mutants looks absolutely incredible and I’ve always loved the idea of spin-offs and [director] Joshua Boone is incredibly talented. So, yeah, sign me up.”
It still looks as though this casting is still in the rumors phase, but from the way Maisie is talking something might be in the works.
