Nick Jonas is teaming with country singer, Thomas Rhett for CMT Crossroads: Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett. The duo will perform together each of their biggest hits.

Thomas is riding high off his two #1s in the country music world, “Crash and Burn” and “Die a Happy Man” while Nick just released his hit single “Close” with his new album arriving later this year.
