“Hakuna Matata” to be Sung in Disney Junior’s The Lion Guard

“Hakuna Matata” is coming to Disney Junior’s The Lion Guard. The song will be sung in tomorrow’s (April 29) new episode, “Bunga and the King”.

In the episode, “When Bunga and Simba are trapped underground, they discover a shared family background – they were both raised by Timon and Pumbaa.” Ernie Sabella, who originally voiced the role of Pumbaa in The Lion King, reprises his role in the episode and helps Simba and the gang sing the song.

This is one of my favorite Disney songs, so I love that they are including it in the show. I wonder if they will find a way to include some of the other songs in the show. I hope so!
