Filming Wrapped on Power Rangers Reboot?!

Filming has apparently wrapped on Lionsgate’s Power Rangers reboot. The apparent last scenes were shot last night, May 25 in Vancouver by some of the stunt crew.

The scenes featured Red Ranger taking on two men dressed in CGI costumes. You can see those photos here here. Production on the reboot kicked off this past February with Dacre Montgomery as the Red Ranger, RJ Cyler as the Blue Ranger, Naomi Scott as the Pink Ranger, Becky G as the Yellow Ranger and Ludi Lin as the Black Ranger.

“Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so they will have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.”

The movie will be released to theaters on March 24, 2017. I am going to guess we will get our first trailer for the movie at San Diego Comic Con this July. Are you excited for the movie?
