Yara Shahidi Attends The Television Academy’s 9th Annual Honors Awards

Yara Shahidi attended the Television Academy’s 9th Annual Honors Awards last night, June 8, in Beverly Hills. The young actress was joined by Dana Delaney as she helped celebrate this year’s honorees.

Yara has been super busy these past few days speaking out about gender parity and equity. Yara was part of a panel, hosted by the Geena Davis Institute, where she spoke about mainstream media, social media, the effects these have on a person, and so much more.
