Advance Preview: Emotions Run High in Season 4 Premiere of The Fosters

Tonight, June 20, The Fosters will return with its Season 4 premiere episode and fans are in for a treat. Titled, “Potential Energy” this episode will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. The episode picks up right where the Season 3 finale ended with Callie telling her moms about her relationship with Brandon. However, before they can fully come to terms with the information the school goes into lockdown after it’s discovered that Nick (Mariana’s boyfriend) has shown up to school with a gun.

The one thing that is great about this show is it is never afraid to touch on the sensitive subjects or push the boundaries and with this episode they definitely go there. The episode is filled with so many twists and turns that your heart will not stop racing until the credits air at the end of the episode.

For a premiere episode, it does a really nice job setting up what’s to come this season. Storylines begin to form in the episode between characters that will have you chomping at the bit for next week’s episode.
