DNCE Chats with Paper Magazine

DNCE sat down and chatted with Paper Magazine in this new interview. In the interivew, the band talks their chemistry, their single “Cake by the Ocean”, Joe joining the band after he and his brothers broke up, and so much more.

On DNCE’s chemistry: “It’s kind of unheard of to start a band with people who all get along, spend every second together and don’t want to kill each other”.

Joe on joining DNCE: “I didn’t want to just rush back into things [after the breakup]. It’s very tough in the music industry to have a second chance and come back with new music that has an effect again.”

You can read their full interview here. It was also revealed in the interview that the band will be releasing their first full length album this August! It has no name yet, but if we hear anything we will let you know.
