Justin Bieber and Ashley Benson were spotted on a yacht in Miami today, July 4. The pair, along with Ryan Good, opted to celebrate the 4th with some friends on the water.

Justin has been in Miami for the past couple of days performing on his Purpose Tour. Ashley and Ryan flew into Miami this past Saturday, July 2 to watch Justin’s shows in Miami and to spend some quality time with him.
