Keiynan Lonsdale Suits Up as Kid Flash in Season 3 of The Flash

The CW has debuted the first look at The Flash’s Kid Flash! Keiynan Lonsdale’s will no longer just be Wally West when the show returns for its third season, but will now be Kid Flash.

Keiyan spent the majority of his appearances in Season 2 wondering where Barry (Grant Gustin) was always running off to and the last time we saw him he was hit during the team’s attempt to recreate the particle-accelerator explosion. Now he will return in Season 3 will new powers and a new persona.

Kid Flash will make his first appearance in The Flash’s Season 3 premiere episode “Flashpoint”! We know the premiere picks up after Barry has gone back in time and saved his mother, but how this change and the appearance of Kid Flash affects the series is still up in the air.

I am guessing that when Wally was hit during the attempt he gained powers just like Barry did. This will be a fun thing to explore next season. Three Flashes on one show?! Amazing!

Also, is anyone else getting any Young Justice vibes?! Now I just need a team up between him and Arrow’s Artemis and I will be all set!
