Justin Bieber has premiered his new single “Cold Water” with Major Lazer and MØ last night, July 21. The singer has been teasing the song via his social media platforms for several weeks.

Justin was spotted out last night at a bar in West Hollywood. He is currently on a brief break from his Purpose tour which will resume in August in Japan.
