Lea Michele is on the cover of the new issue of Women’s Health UK. The young actress is on the cover to promote the upcoming season of Scream Queens. Highlights are below.

On her love of SoulCycle: “Initially I didn’t think that I would get into all that either. But let me tell you, I’m now in the front row singing and clapping along. I’m not the kind of person who would go to the gym. For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing, I’m glowing and I feel like I can take on the world.”

On keeping healthy snacks in her home: “I keep my home almost completely gluten free and vegan, which I think is important because when you reach for a snack at home, then you’re getting something healthy,”
