Justin Bieber was spotted out and about in Japan today, August 13. The singer was spotted holding hands with Sofia Richie as they explored Chiba.

Justin is in Chiba to perform two shows on his Purpose tour. The first show was held tonight and the next show will be played tomorrow, August 13. You can see photos of the two out today on our Tumblr.
