Justin Bieber Steps Out in LA with Sofia Richie

Justin Bieber and new girlfriend, Sofia Richie were spotted out in Los Angeles yesterday, August 14. The couple was seen doing a little shopping after arriving back from Tokyo, Japan.

The duo was in Tokyo so Justin could perform two shows at the Makuhari Messe on his Purpose tour. Justin will now get the next couple of weeks off before he begins the next leg of his tour in Europe.

I wonder if Sofia will accompany him to Europe when he goes in September. Also, how are these two not tired. I would be exhausted if I just got off a plane from Tokyo.
