Check Out The First Look At NBC’s New Musical Event Hairspray

The first look at NBC’s upcoming musical, Hairspray, has been released. Ariana Grande, Dove Cameron, Harvey Fierstein and Jennifer Hudson star in this new musical event set to air on NBC this December.

In Hairspray, “Set in 1962, Tracy Turnblad, a plus-sized teen with really big dreams, becomes an overnight sensation after appearing on a segregated Baltimore TV dance show. With her newfound popularity, she twists and shakes her hometown, teaching them a thing or two about racial equality – and of course, the power of big hair!”
