Justin Bieber was spotted out in London tonight, August 19. Justin was out in London to watch Moxie Raia perform at the Tape London nightclub.

Justin arrived in London earlier today after spending the past couple of days in Los Angeles. Justin is in London to perform at V Festival. Justin will be joined at the Festival by Joe Jonas led band, DNCE.

This kids has literally been all over the world these past couple of weeks! I hope he finding time to relax in between show.
