Melissa Benoist, Lynda Carter, Chyler Leigh & Floriana Lima Film New Scenes for Supergirl
Supergirl and Wonder Woman have finally met! Melissa Benoist shared a behind the scenes photo from the set of Supergirl yesterday, August 18, in Vancouver of her with Wonder Woman herself, Lynda Carter.
Lynda has joined the show as the President and it looks like the President may need saving from the lady in red and blue. The duo was joined on set by Melissa’s onscreen sister, Chyler Leigh and newcomer, Floriana Lima. Floriana is playing DC Comics character, Maggie Sawyer, a supporting character featured in the Superman and Batman comic series.
You can see photos of the girls filming yesterday on our Tumblr here, here and here. Apparently the scenes filmed yesterday were for episode 2×03, but nothing has been confirmed. The new season will premiere on the CW on Monday, October 10.
