Katie Cassidy, Emily Bett Rickards & Echo Kellum Lace Up their Mitts for UFC Training Sesh

Katie Cassidy, Emily Bett Rickards and Echo Kellum laced up their mitts and took on a couple of UFC fighters today, August 25 in Vancouver. The trio got the opportunity to train with UFC fighters Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson and Elias “The Spartan” Theodorou at T3 athletics.

Videos from their training session can be found under the jump. What a cool experience for not only the actors, but the fighters as well. Two worlds colliding under one roof!

I wonder if Katie is back in Vancouver to film for an upcoming Arrow episode. Or maybe for one of the other DC shows filming in Vancouver right now. What do you guys think?
