Chloe Moretz was spotted out and about in Paris today, September 1. The young actress looked to be in decent spirits as she took a stroll through the City Of Love with her brother.

Chloe is currently in Paris to attend the Deauville Film Festival, Chloe, along with Daniel Radcliffe, is set to be honored with the Hollywood Rising Star honor at this year’s festival.
