Justin Bieber was spotted out in Berlin today, September 15. The young singer looked to be in decent spirits as he spent his day playing soccer and riding his skateboard.

Justin has been in Berlin for only a short amount of time due to his Purpose World Tour. Justin will only get to spend a few more hours in the German city before be needs to head off to Munich in order to continue the tour.
