FOX has released a brand new promo for Scream Queens Season 2 and even though the setting is different Chanel is still the same. Instead of being based at college, the Chanels have taken their horror story to a hospital, where things are only going to get crazier for the girls.

Set to premiere on September 20, John Stamos and Taylor Lautner are just two of the new faces we will see this season. They are set to play doctors in the new hospital, owned by Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis).
