Justin Bieber was spotted out in Paris, France today, September 19. Fans spotted the singer leaving a building in the City of Love.

Justin is in Paris to perform on his Purpose Tour. Justin will play two shows in the city, starting tonight.

It will be nice for Justin to be in one city for more than one day. He must be tired after being Cologne yesterday and now in Paris today.
