Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys are Welcomed Additions to The Voice

Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys made their first appearances (not counting the Olympic special) as judges on The Voice last night, September 19. The show premiered its eleventh season last night and these two judges did not disappoint.

Joined by veteran judges Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, Miley and Alicia definitely held their own as they proved to be fiery contenders for the two men. Both women nabbed up some pretty good contestants during the premiere and, when they weren’t nabbing up contestants, they were providing some really great feedback.

They also showed that they could banter with the best of them. Miley particularly had a good banter with Adam during the premiere about his previous wins on the show that had us cackling. It will be fun to watch these four banter with one another as the season goes on, especially during the live shows.

The second part of the premiere airs tonight, September 20 and if you missed out on the first night we suggest watching tonight! It is going to be a fun season!

P.S. Ali Caldwell’s “Dangerous Woman” performance last night!!! I am still reeling over it!
