New Rules, New Recruits, Felicity’s New Man, & Action Take Center Stage in New Arrow Promo

A brand new two minute promo for Arrow Season 5 has been released. The new promo features a whole lot of action and an even better look at Oliver’s new recruits.

So we are going to open the season with Oliver playing by a whole new set of rules, Felicity kissing a new guy, who looks to be Human Target, and the recruits proving themselves to Oliver.

How long do you think it will be before the recruits learn the Green Arrow’s identity? I’m guessing be episode 3 at the latest. Also, where is my Katie Cassidy footage?! I know she filmed something!
