Justin Bieber was spotted leaving a recording studio in Liverpool, UK tonight, October 19. The star moved at a quick pace as he left the studio and immediately got into his waiting car.

Justin is in Liverpool enjoying a day off from his Purpose Tour. Tomorrow, October 20, he will be back at it performing at the Manchester Arena.

I wonder if Justin was working on new music of his own or if he was working with someone else?
