Rowan Blanchard Joins Ava DuVernay’s A Wrinkle in Time

Rowan Blanchard has landed a new role. The Girl Meets World star has joined Ava DuVernay’s new movie, A Wrinkle in Time.

The film is a reimagining of Madeleine L’Engle’s classic novel that takes Meg Murry, her brilliant brother Charles Wallace and their friend Calvin on an unexpected journey into alternate dimensions on a mission to bring home their father.

Rowan will join already announced Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Chris Pine, Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Storm Reid. Production on the movie is set to begin in Los Angeles tomorrow, November 2.
