Nina Dobrev was spotted out in Amsterdam today, November 5. Nina posted a photo to her Instagram of her and her friends riding bikes around the city.

Nina is in Amsterdam to do a little sight-seeing before the MTV European Music Awards. The award show will take place in Rotterdam tomorrow, November 6.
