Find Out Casting Details on the That’s So Raven Spin-Off

New details have emerged regarding Raven’s children in the upcoming That’s So Raven spin-off. Pre-production on the show began earlier this week and it sounds like they are starting off the process with casting.

TVLine is reporting the show’s creators are looking to cast Raven’s daughter, Nia and son, Booker. Nia is a “bold, confident and driven,” tween whose qualities “often get her in over her head.” She “believes in helping people and doing what’s right, even if it gets her into trouble.” She will be just starting middle school when the series airs and add to that the fact that she has psychic visions, things are going to get crazy.

Booker is a “true innocent who is in no rush to grow up. He’s surprisingly adept at turning the tables and standing up for himself.” If all goes according to plan, the show should begin filming by the end of the year or towards the beginning of 2016.
