Emma Watson attended the premiere of the documentary City of Joy in New York City last night, November 11. The young actress was on hand to show support for this film that follows a center in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo whose mission is to help women recover and heal from rape, abuse and traumatic violence.

As the U.N. Women Goodwill Ambassador, Emma has been working hard to put an end to mindless violence towards women and create safe havens for them. Emma just recently returned back from a trip to Malawi, where she raised awareness on child marriages.
