Justin Bieber was spotted out in Los Angeles last night, December 10. He was seen with friends leaving his car and heading inside a restaurant.

Justin, who is celebrating his Grammy nominations announced he will be taking his Purpose tour to stadiums next summer. He shared the news in a surprise appearance on The Ellen Show.
