Selena Gomez spent her Christmas Eve morning giving back today, December 24. The star visited Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth today to visit the children.

Selena is in Texas to spend time with her family for the holidays. The star has had rollercoaster year filled with ups and downs, so it must be nice for her to be home celebrating the holidays with her family.
