Justin Bieber was spotted waving to fans in Barbados today, December 30. The singer looked to be in great spirits as he relaxed in the sun shine.

Justin has spent the last few weeks enjoying his time off from his Purpose tour. His tour will resume in February when he heads to Mexico.
