Zoey Deutch Promotes Rebel in the Rye at Sundance

Zoey Deutch chatted with The Hollywood Reporter about her new film, Rebel in the Rye yesterday, January 23. The film is set to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival tonight, January 24 in Park City, UT.

Zoey visited with THR during the film’s press day. Yesterday, the star also visited Variety Studio and IMDB with her costar Nicholas Hoult. You can see those photos here and here.

Rebel in the Rye “begins as writer, J.D. Salinger, embarks on his writing career and enters into a tumultuous relationship with young starlet Oona O’Neill. What appears to be a promising start to a career turns into a nightmare when the United States enters World War II. After enlisting, Salinger experiences the horrors of war across the battlefields of Europe, where he begins to pen what would become his iconic novel, The Catcher in the Rye—a work that would forever change the country and its author.”

I am loving Zoey’s outfit! Also, I can’t wait to hear what critics think of the film when they see it tonight.
