Demi Lovato is one step closer to her next belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Today, January 25, the singer was rewarded with another stripe on her white belt after making progress in her training.

Typically it takes 4 stripes before a person can earn their next belt, in which case would be blue for Demi, but I am unsure what this gym’s policies are. No matter the number congrats goes out to Demi on her accomplishment.
