Did Josh Boone Confirm Maisie Williams’ Involvement in The New Mutants?

Josh Boone tweeted fan art earlier this week depicting one of the characters from his upcoming movie, The New Mutants. The character is Wolfsbane and in the tweet above, you will see that Josh tagged Maisie Williams in the photo.

Maisie has been rumored to be starring in the new X-Men movie, but nothing has yet to be confirmed. However, with the director of the movie tagging Maisie in this picture, one could assume that he is confirming that she will indeed be playing the part in the movie.

The New Mutants will begin filming later this year, so hopefully casting news is announced soon. I really hope that Maisie is indeed a part of this movie. I think she would do a fantastic job as Wolfsbane.
