Selena Gomez Donates to the USC’s Keck School of Medicine for Lupus Research

Selena Gomez has donated an unspecified amount to the USC’s Keck School of Medicine to support their research into lupus. Because of her donation the school created the “Selena Gomez Fund for Lupus Research”.

The fund will initially support a pilot research program focused on treating the complications of lupus. In a statement released by the school, Selena said, “I am hopeful for the millions of us around the world that may benefit from this”.
