Justin Bieber was spotted at a local Starbucks in New Jersey today, March 27. The young singer looked to be in decent spirits as she grabbed a pick me up before heading about his day.

Justin has just returned back to the United States after being in Argentina for the Purpose World Tour. Soon, Justin will get back on his plane and head towards Rio de Janeiro where he will continue his tour.
