Take Your First Look at Cree Williams as Black Lightning

The first look at Cress Williams as Black Lightning has been released. Cress is currently filming the pilot for the CW and,if the network is releasing a first look photo, this may be a good sign for the show.

If picked up, the series revolves around father of two Jefferson Pierce (Williams), who chose to hang up the suit and his secret identity years ago. But he’s soon pulled back into the fight as the vigilante and DC legend Black Lightning when one daughter becomes hell-bent on justice, while the other is being recruited by a local gang.

Cress is joined in the pilot by China Anne McClain, Nafessa Williams and Christine Adams. The cast is currently shooting the pilot in Atlata.
