Liam Payne was spotted outside of Global Radio in London today, May 4. The young singer looked to be in wonderful spirits as he greeted fans outside the building.

Liam was at Global Radio today to promote his new solo music. Very little detail on when fans can expect the “poppy” new single are slim to none, but with Liam already promotion mode expect something soon.
