Auli’i Cravalho Attends The NBC Upfronts Ahead Of Rise Promo Release

Auli’i Cravalho attended the NBC Upfronts this morning, May 15, in New York City. The young actress was at the annual event to promote her new NBC show Rise, alongside her costar Damon J. Gillespie.

The first promo for her show was also unveiled as well. Inspired by a true story, “When dedicated teacher and family man Lou Mazzuchelli (Josh Radnor) sheds his own self-doubt and takes over the school’s lackluster theater department, he galvanizes not only the faculty and students but the entire working-class town.”

Rise will premiere during the mid-season!
