Justin Bieber Cheers On Young Musician in New Jersey

Justin Bieber was spotted out in Montclair, New Jersey yesterday, May 19. The singer was seen watching a local girl sing outside of a building in the city.

Justin made sure to greet his fans while he was there watching the girl perform. Justin is currently on a mini break from his Purpose Tour, but will resume the tour in June.
