Justin Bieber was spotted out in New York City last night, May 23. The singer was seen at 1 Oak partying with The Chainsmokers.

Justin is back in the States enjoying a little time off from his Purpose World Tour. The tour kicked off last year and has taken Justin all over the world these past few months. His next stop on the tour will take place in Europe.

It looks like the group had fun last night.
