Cast of Hairspray Live Attend FYC Event
The cast of Hairspray Live attended their For Your Consideration panel discussion and reception tonight, June 10 in Los Angeles. Dove Cameron, Garrett Clayton, Kristin Chenoweth and Jennifer Hudson were just some of the stars from the live musical who attended the Emmy event.
Ariana Grande, Derek Hough and Harvey Fierstein, unfortunately, could not attend the event due to other commitments. Both Ariana and Derek are on tour and Harvey recorded a nice greeting message, which aired before the panel.
Nominees for this year’s Emmy’s will be announced in July! Here’s hoping the show gets a nomination!

Thank you for covering this. I’ve seen more pics from your website than I can scoop on net. However, I’ve seen repeatedly on other websites the loss of Shahadi wright Joseph’s name from articles. Even though she’s a child actor, she is still a principal in the cast of Hairspray Live and It would be nice to see her name mentioned more.
