Justin Bieber was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday, July 25. The young singer looked to be in decent spirits as he grabbed lunch at Sugarfish.

Justin has recently returned to the Los Angeles area after canceling the rest of his Purpose Tour. Justin was scheduled to continue his tour for at least two more months, but canceled the shows due to his well-being.
