Taylor Swift to Release New Single This Friday?!

More clues are surfacing on Taylor Swift’s possible next single. It appears that Taylor may release the lead off single from her next studio album this coming Friday, August 25.

A writer at US Weekly is saying that the single will be released this coming Friday, just in time for the MTV Video Music Awards. In the past, Taylor has released her lead singles off albums right around this time, so it would make sense for this to be released on this date.

A fan account is also saying that the lead single may be called, “Paradise”. The account managed to apparently grab a screen shot of Taylor’s website, where it said that Taylor would be performing the lead single “Paradise” at the MTV Video Music Awards. You can see the grab here.

Taylor has a really good relationship with MTV and has debuted a lot of things during the Video Music Awards, so it wouldn’t surprise me to hear that she was performing at this year’s show. But I am still a little up in the air about the title, so we will have to see.
