Taylor Swift Purchases New Home in NYC

Taylor Swift has purchased a new home. Taylor has apparently purchased a townhome right down the street for her New York City penthouse.

I wonder what made her want to purchase another home in NYC. Maybe she is buying this one to flip it or selling her penthouse. What do you guys think?
